Install Oryon on Fire TV & Android TV

This guide shows how to install the Oryon player on an Amazon Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box, in minutes and without a computer, using the free Downloader app.

What you need

Step 1 — Install the "Downloader" app

From your Fire TV / Android TV home screen, search for Downloader in the store (Amazon Appstore or Google Play TV) and install it. It's a free app used to download install files.

Step 2 — Allow unknown apps

Go to Settings ▸ My Fire TV ▸ Developer options (or Security & restrictions on Android TV) and allow installing unknown apps for Downloader. This is the standard method for this kind of player.

Step 3 — Enter the Oryon code

Open Downloader, focus the address field and type the code:

oryon.tv/tv

Confirm with "Go". The Oryon app download starts automatically.

Step 4 — Install & launch

Once downloaded, confirm the installation, then open Oryon. You can delete the install file when Downloader offers to.

Step 5 — Add your source

On first launch, Oryon guides you: pick your subscription type (Xtream, M3U or Stalker), enter the credentials your provider gave you, create your profile, and you're set. Oryon checks for updates at launch and guides you to the latest version.

Common issues

Oryon is a media player and provides no content. You must have your own legal source (Xtream, M3U or a Stalker portal). Visuals are illustrations.
