1. Purpose

Oryon is a media player. The service plays and organises streams from sources you configure (Xtream, M3U, Stalker portals). Oryon does not provide, host, edit or distribute any content, channel, movie or series, and is not affiliated with any provider.

2. Acceptance

By downloading or using Oryon, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

3. Account

Creating an account (optional) requires a valid email address. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity.

4. Acceptable use & responsibility for sources

You are solely responsible for the sources and subscriptions you configure and their legality in your country.
You agree not to use Oryon to access content unlawfully.
Oryon provides no source credentials or channel lists.
Misusing, reselling or disrupting the service is prohibited.

5. Plans & subscriptions

Oryon offers a Free plan and a Premium plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime). See the Pricing page. The subscription unlocks the player features only.

Merchant of Record. Premium subscriptions are sold and billed by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; your sales contract is with that provider, which issues the invoice, collects VAT and handles refunds under its terms.

Monthly/yearly plans renew unless cancelled; cancellable anytime, access remaining until the end of the paid period.
The "lifetime" plan is a one-time payment.
Right of withdrawal: for a digital service supplied immediately, you may acknowledge the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once Premium access is activated (Art. L221-28).

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is". Proper operation also depends on your sources and connection, beyond our control.

7. Intellectual property

The Oryon brand, logo, interface and code remain the property of the publisher.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for content accessible via your sources or for indirect damages. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

9. Termination

You may stop using Oryon and delete your account anytime. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law & disputes

French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
